La seconda parte di Autosvezzamento per tutti � dedicata alle ricette, tutte molto facili, adatte indifferentemente per grandi e piccini, ed � indirizzata principalmente a chi di cucina proprio non se ne intende ed � andato avanti finora a piatti pronti e poco pi�. � dedicata anche a chi ha poche idee o pensa di mangiare male. Non dimentichiamo poi quelli che non sanno quale ingrediente sia “consentito” utilizzare se si vuole cucinare per i pi� piccoli. Insomma � per tutti quelli che vorrebbero lasciare che il loro figlio si svezzasse da solo, ma si sentono, comprensibilmente, timorosi ad affrontare la strada dell'autosvezzamento dove normalmente la tavola viene condivisa con tutti i membri della famiglia. Un libro chiaro, logico e semplice da intuire. Le ricette sono davvero molto semplici, ma una volta capita la filosofia di base, in automatico verranno anche tante altre idee da mettere in tavola.
